Of course you can have an RPG without a bathroom. Most movies/games don't have a bathroom. Why? No reason.

If you have Netflix and two hours to kill, I suggest seeing Rubber. It's about a psycokinetic tire that gains consciousness and goes around killing people and stuff. Sounds stupid, it is stupid, but it's good and a bit hilarious.
