Description
Rita was in her kick boxing practice and joked around, except it went a little too far. Come on Rita, Kai has feelings too.
Rita's anatomical proportion looks screwy because I could not properly express her pose with proper lighting and shadows. It still looks somewhat okay though, from far away, hahaha. It's kind of difficult for me to express subtle poses, but I'll work on that through more practices.
Friday submission, but no comic today. At least I got in the habit of submitting at least once a week! For past several days I've tried drawing various things and they never worked out. So I decided to doodle something freely and of course, it worked out better.
I wanted to be a bit diverse in what I draw (different setting, characters, theme, etc), but if I can't do it, then I shall do what my mind does freely. I don't want to overthink something and get pissed off at having "art block".
I get the best outcome when I don't have to overlook at a drawing and constantly erase and edit. This was mostly drawn in one shot (minus cleaning up and stuff) so I'm quite happy with it. Unfortunately I can only do this for a very narrowed range of artworks, but I'm planning to work on broadening it. Right now, I enjoy drawing as it is, and I don't want to make such hobby a frustrating task. Little steps at a time I guess...
