I've been able to tolerate this for some while
because I know not every online gaming company can be convinient to the players.

It's not that it's taking a long time for it to happen
but it's just getting ridiculous

Korean maplestory was released about 4 years ago and Global was
released 2 years ago. GMS had many disadvantages but I tried to understand that. At this point KMS and GMS is completely diverging where GMS is just absolutely ridiculous compared to how KMS is.

1. KMS: (4 years ago) cheap cash items, permanent posession
    GMS: (2 years ago) expensive cash item with 3 month expiration

2. KMS: (now) still cheap items and permanent possession
    GMS: (now) same  

3. KMS: (4 years ago and now) allowed gifting either money or cash item (yes I got gifted 4 years ago and it's still functional ..even through their website) free of charge and at anytime unless at some cases
    GMS: only allow gifting if you have "gifting points' which can be earned by buying cash game card (apparently not online payment) - pay to gift? are you kidding me . Not only do they charge us more for pixiel items but don't allow freedom to gift? okay first of all, this is the worst idea a man could ever come up with. Eventually GMS will charge us for everything.

4. KMS: fair events where everyone can participate and give chance to win fair prizes (money wise usually up to 50 dollars)
    GMS: very often give only advantage to money users, give an extreme and unfair amount of prize money (200 for just guessing a number)

5. GMS is copying and pasting game patches because they come from KMS first. So technically GMS is supposed to patch and upgrade very quickly compared to pace of KMS. KMS updates very very quickly despite the fact that they make the patch. Actually many other versions of MS updates very often. GMS doesn't.

6. KMS has an excellent service and answers/replies any inquiries within 48 hours. (I sent about 6 of them, all of them were answered within a day)
I sent a mail to GMS 5 months ago, and it is not even READ.

8. KMS: has a 30% refund system, even if they sell for low price and limitless time. GMS give no refund at all. There's no freedom to buy anything whenever and keeping it for however long u want, not because they had to due to expiration.

I hear so many people in GMS say "aww my item's expiring I have to buy new ones". It's very sad.
Also people have no freedom to gift whatever, whenever, and how much they would like. And they also don't have freedom to receive partial money back if they didn't like something.

KMS lets people keep them for years if they want, sell it back for money and use it again, and gift to anyone and anytime. Obviously GMS has no brain and decided to do it with a horrible business technique that is inconvinient for many many users.

Now before you say anything 1 korean dollar is approximately .94 US dollar
so the prices should be almost equal? but they are not

I can use 3 dollar for a wing which I still possess (over 3 years now)
yet I need to use (in GMS it's 3.4) 40.8 dollars to keep for over 3 years

now, I know people are not likely to keep their items that long
But just look at it. Is it fair? How come KMS players get to pay less for limitless time while we need to pay more, not to mention needing to buy constantly, for certain amount of time?

GMS, I believe, is not that smart in business. KMS  is still rich and running even though "people don't buy often because there's no expiration"
apparently, most of GMS players don't realize that
business is not 2+2 =4. Just because there's no expiration date doesn't mean people won't buy often. Now, I don't like to go all business on this, it's too long, but hopefully you get the idea.

GMS is slow, greedy, and careless compared to KMS. GMS ruins the whole image of Maplestory cuz of it. Being younger than KMS doesn't change the fact that GMS is so bad. I know how KMS has been since it's been released and
I don't see any resemblence of it in GMS.

Oh don't get me wrong, I love playing maplestory. It's just I wish Global would stop trying to find more stupid way to earn money and being stupid from trying so hard.

I hope at some point they woud realize how crappy they have been and fix such inequality. GMS may not be the only problem, so hopefully any other things doing the same thing should really try and actually show concern and equality among the players.
